AlmaLinux URL Shortener

Hi friend!

This is the default splash page for the URL shortener run by the AlmaLinux community. We're using the open source software YOURLS for it.

While URL shorteners are often the bane of our existence on the web, this one is used only to make our lives easier. Primarily we're using this to redirect URLs that we might not be able to update in the future (think, printed physical media or press releases), or to make URLs we share prettier such as:

lnx.rocks/forumhelp

vs.

almalinux.discourse.group/search?expanded=true&q=status%3Anoreplies%20order%3Alatest

These shortened links will provide us with minimal usage data (such as click counts) but will not collect unnecessary information.
